Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Currently, we are only shipping within Canada and to the US. If you are outside of US and Canada, and would like to place an order, please send me a contact.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC Canada:
- Canada: 3-7 Business Days
- US: 7-10 Business Days
- International: Not available at this time, please contact if you'd like to place an order.
What are your processing times?
Orders are generally sent out once a week after store is open, no one particular day is set for shipment at this moment.Is there tracking for orders?
- An option for no tracking is available for FLAT ITEMS ONLY. This includes stickers, sticker sheets and prints and NOT acrylics, charms and zines.
- CANADA (with tracking) - $7 CAD
CANADA (flat items - without tracking) - $2 CAD
- USA (with tracking) - $15 CAD
USA (flat items - without tracking) - $5 CAD
Do you allow local pick up?
- Yes, only for Local in Vancouver. Please contact us via e-mail to set up a pick up date at a skytrain station or at Aberdeen Square (for those living in Richmond).
What info do I need to provide for shippment.
- Full Name, Full Address, email address and Phone number is a must (number helps a lot when they are delivering packages).
What should I do if I have not received my order/ it is taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, weather, glitches, & other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipping delays.
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive:
- Verify the order was placed with the correct address by checking your order or shipping confirmation emails.
- Call your local post office to see if they may be holding your package there.
- Contact us if you still are unable to locate your package.
Can I change or modify my order?
Please contact us with your order number and we can help you modify your order.
Do you accept refunds?
- All sales are final. But If your package arrives damage in any way, please contact us and provide photo evidence. We will try our best best to replace the item as long as the product is still available. If your package has been lost, it is out of our control after it is sent to the post office.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact your local post office for any additional questions.
